DieHard Posted September 21, 2015 Author Posted September 21, 2015 (edited) Hi Cibit, I am having an issue with my FW-190. See here, Message #344 & #349 and #192 thru #194 : ====================================== http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=133245&page=35 The issue is ; ========= "hmm - if it went solid orange it sounds like it was looking for a texture... " So, will a current version module reinstall fix this or is this issue somewhere else within my DCS_World current installation? I should probably start a separate thread to explore the solution to this texture problem to see where it would be located to isolate this issue. I have made a copy of my original DCS_World installation I use for mods. My Windows "All Programs" , Start Menu does not have the DCS "Repair DCS World" utility under Eagle Dynamics for my modded copy of the original directory. Thanks for any help. Cibit Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 I would run a repair using command promt like Skatezilla describes. Or uninstal module and aquire it again via module manager:) 1 i5 8600k@5.2Ghz, Asus Prime A Z370, 32Gb DDR4 3000, GTX1080 SC, Oculus Rift CV1, Modded TM Warthog Modded X52 Collective, Jetseat, W10 Pro 64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Adding JTAC Guide //My Vid's//229th AHB
DieHard Posted September 21, 2015 Author Posted September 21, 2015 Yes, that sounds like a better idea, just uninstall the FW-190 module and then reinstall it. Thanks. 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Uther Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 I had a problem on reinstall of DCSW with my MiG 15 module. Had a completely blank control file. A reinstall of the module didn't fix it, a DCSW repair using the command prompt did. i5 4690k / MSI Gaming 5 / 2 x 8 GB Crucial Ballistix ram / Zotac AMP! 980Ti / 2 x 250 SSDs Flight Controls:Virpil VPC MoogoosT-50 / MFG Crosswinds / GVL Throttle / Oculus Rift CV1
