Dav IRL Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 Hello fellow happy simmers. I am on holiday and I have to wait until Monday to play. Anyone with sli 970 or 980's can you share your experiences with the 1.5 update? 4.8 I7, 1080, TMW&T, SSD, VKB MK.IV.
Beeroshima Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 With a 980 ti, I've got every setting maxxed and I'm at 120ish fps. If SLI is causing a headache, I'd use one card. Either my fps counter is being tricked or this is the best coding in gaming history because it's gorgeous and smooth as butter with only one card.
Lucky Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 I'm using 2 GTX 970's in SLI. (see my sig for system specs) Running DCS 1.2 I took a performance hit running SLI. Only getting 30FPS. With one 970 in DCS 1.2 I was getting 70-80FPS constantly. I'm happy to report, in DCS 1.5.0 with SLI on I am getting over 110 FPS constantly. So yeah SLI works now. Beeroshima, your counter is not tricking you. The performance increase is amazing.
