How to host a MP mission in 1.5?

Before I could just browse to the mission file (*.miz) we wanted to play and select it. Now it's asking for a *.lst file. How do I create this? What is the format?

when you click new server you have an empty list, simply hit the add button at the bottom and add a mission to the list
