PitbullVicious Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 (edited) Hi, I'm having problem loading some modules in the 1.5 open beta and I was wondering if this has anything to do with Japanese Win 7 version. The loading of the logs stop on the line with information about unicode resource loading for DX, so I was wondering if this is a locale / language related problem (I've ran into those earlier with Japanese Win 7). So, is anybody using Japanese Win 7 and does NOT have these problems (so I could eliminate this possible reason)? I tried to have a quick look at the Japanese forums I could find via Google, but there didn't seem to be any discussions on 1.5 beta.. billeinstein Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 (edited) Some Chinese IME such as Bing IME in Windows 8.1 will have this kind of problem, too. billeinstein Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 (edited) It's good to hear that. I think it blocks the activation check. Some Chinese IME will pass if all modules are activated, but will fail if any one is not activated. Switch back to English IME can solve it without restarting DCS.
