pperi Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 (edited) I was testing the DACT mission ,but when I check my tracks on Tacview the AIM9 and R73 shows unnormal like this: these missiles unlocked and still turning,is this normal? Edited October 13, 2015 by BIGNEWY
FSKRipper Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Sorry but I can't judge anything from your pictures. Could you post the complete Tacview file or a DCS trackfile? BTW: Some reliable sources said that at least early heat seeking missiles can lock the sun in this version... i9 9900K @ 5,0GHz | 1080GTX | 32GB RAM | 256GB, 512GB & 1TB Samsung SSDs | TIR5 w/ Track Clip | Virpil T-50 Stick with extension + Warthog Throttle | MFG Crosswind pedals | Gametrix 908 Jetseat [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

razo+r Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 It's not normal, but you can also see this behaviour with the AIM-7
pperi Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 Can any ED staff give me some respond???
GGTharos Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Missiles have had their guidance adjusted to prolong turning based on target trajectory of they lose lock, in the hopes of tree acquiring the target. There is some desync with MP stop you might see a client's missile executing such a turn but in fact it is not. Your own missile should appear with the real flight path to you. Thanks, and the new version of 1.5 has repaired this problem. :)
