bunraku Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Hi. Any idea why some of my console printing is blurred out in the beta? Screenshot below. Thanks
Ripcord03 Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 One reason may be the DoF setting, the other is that the Cockpit Texture is old, and may not be properly optimized for 1.5, personally, i dont use the default cockpit texture, and i fixed Ricardo's Horse of War so that it would work in 1.5 as soon as 1.5 came out because i can't stand the default cockpit.

What's wrong with the default cockpit? or is HoW just higher res textures? I mostly fly the F-18, and mostly as a flight sim rather than a combat sim. wolfstriked Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I think you probably have your textures set to low. "Its easy, place the pipper on target and bombs away." :pilotfly: i7-8700k/GTX 1080ti/VKB-GladiatorPRO/VKB-T-rudder Pedals/Saitek X55 throttle
Ripcord03 Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 What's wrong with the default cockpit? or is HoW just higher res textures? horse of war is slightly higher res, plus i like the look it gives the A-10C, the default textures especially in 1.5 even at 1024 every frame just seem blurry and low res.

Huh. I've never had an issue with that. High res/1024 every frame makes everything in the cockpit as crisp as I could want. Maybe there's another setting that interferes? GeorgeLKMT Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Resolution of cockpit displays has nothing to do with texture resolution in cockpit. It's literally what it says it is - resolution of DISPLAYS. That is mainly your TGP and MAV image in A-10C. If you get textures blurred like in the first post, you have to set your "textures" setting to high. ■ L-39C/ZA Czech cockpit mod ■ My DCS skins ■
