Yes. So NDB approaches still used today in most parts of the world. They're cheap and relatively easy to maintain (it's a basic AM radio antenna). The NDB's only provide horizontal guidance, not vertical. In the US, the FAA is slowly replacing most NDB's with GPS approaches using WAAS.

If you have any another questions regarding approaches let me know!

Keep in mind, that NDB's approach is not precission one. From all kinds of approaches (like RNAV, TACAN, ILS, VOR, MLS, etc.) NDB is the less accurate.

Another example, this time for Sochi

Thank Ramsay! Do you have maybe more of such maps for DCS?

There are a few real charts available from the AIP web site

that cover DCS - Anapa, Krasnodar, Mineralnye Vody, Nalchik, Sochi, and Stavropol.

Searching google with the phrase "NDB approach" and the airport ID i.e "NDB approach UGKO" for Kutaisi, will bring up a few real charts for Georgia.

Unfortunately, AFAIK many real navaids, VOR's etc. are missing/incorrect in DCS and RL procedures can't be flown without modding the game files in many cases.

I hope ED find the time to improve the accuracy of the Caucasus map as they transition to DCS 2.0 and make RL procedures easier to follow/convert.
