Contrails pop in and out of view depending on the level of zoom. I can typically see the model just fine.

( sorry about the layout, if you go 1080p and fullscreen you should be able to see it )

What were you doing that caused, or seemed to cause the issue? Sometimes you wont know, sometimes it doesn't matter, but better to try and include it so ED Testers or Team can try to reproduce themselves.

Zooming in using the "zoom view" function under axis controls.

Could you reproduce it? Bugs should be reproducible, you should be able to have it happen to you again before reporting it.

It always happens.

What module where you using, and does it happen with others? If you get a bug with the A-10C try it with another module, it could be the A-10C causing the issue, it could be the sim, and investigating you do now, makes it quicker for ED to diagnose.

Testing proved positive in:

F15C

Su-27

F86

A10C

at this point I assumed it occurs in all.

This is probably a level of detail issue and also an issue with the render distances - I've noticed missile smoke trails suddenly 'popping in' as well
