Can I fly this in 1.5? Only see it as option in 2.0.

Hi there,

 

I have the Mirage 2000 working in 2.0 but in 1.5 it is not listed (quick missions). I have run the dcs_updater.exe but it just launches the program. Within 1.5 it says my version is 1.5.2.48162.

Thanks, but I am not looking to fly training missions - I can't fly the plane at all in 1.5, just 2.0. The plane doesn't seem to exist in my 1.5 install.

Try running the updater again - your version should be 1.5.2.48726.

 

You should have an "Update DCS World OpenBeta" shortcut in your start menu that will force the updater to run. It only runs once per 24 hours when you start it normally.

 

Edit: just for clarity, the normal shortcut for running DCS World launches DCS_updater.exe. The "Update ..." shortcut runs the same program, but with "update" as a parameter, which forces it to check for updates even if checked recently.
