DCS World update using torrent downloads

I would like to know if DCS World Updates can be applied using torrent downloads, instead of DCS_Updater.

 

As the internet connections in my area are quite slow(512 kbps), it takes a lot of time using the DCS_Updater.

 

Using torrents I can download at my convenience.

I used a torrent site to download my dcs 1.2 it can be done and i found it quicker :)

DCS_Updater already uses torrent method and if you abort it and then start it again, it will pick up where it left.

Using torrents via the DCS updater is a fairly new feature and it has needed and received some serious tuning since DCS 2.0 was released.
