Activations throughout reinstallation

Hi,

 

I have noticed a few little problems with my DCS V1.5 installation (which have been reported in different sections) and I am considering uninstalling the current version (DCS_World_OpenBeta_1.5.0.45208.37-11) and downloading and installing the latest iteration.

 

Will my activations remain on my system, or will I have to use up another activation for each module. They are limited so I'm hoping I don't have to re-activate.

current version is 1.5.2.48726.137 do an update it will solve the activation issue.

 

if not please attach your logs folder zipped and your autoupdate_log.txt

Hi,

 

I have run an update; it did that automatically when I installed the version above. For some strange reason though DCS World 1.5 Beta is still showing the version above in control panel (1.5.0.45208), but DCS World itself said that I am updated to the latest version, which was 1.5.2.something. It's strange because it showed 1.5.2.something in control panel previously.

 

Anyway, I have installed and activated all of my modules already (two or three had to be installed manually with the command line), but that's not the issue.

 

I was just wondering about the activations if I start over with a fresh install.

Can you attach your whole logs folder zipped and your autoupdate_log.txt

 

It will make things clearer for us.

Sure, here they are:

 

I had a quick browse and I'm not sure if everything is included since the first install. I had to manually install Flaming Cliffs 3 and Mig-15bis with the command line, and I didn't see any mention of those. The A-10C install and the FC3 video install are in the logs, and they were after the manual install of FC3 and Mig-15bis.

Hello all,

i have big problem with steam and dcs world.

Activation do not run with the addon. Steam has mounted the version 1.5.2. The log has many errors.

Do you know this between steam and eagle ?
