Can Not Deactivation C-101 Module

Hi.

 

Because of some hardware change, I wanted to deactivate C-101 module, but I got this error and a text file with full of report - I think.

 

It's OK to waste one activation, because I may not able to wait for a solve.

I just wanted to report this.

Edit: At Licence Check page, I see these:

 

Expired: No

Number of activations has been exceeded: No

Number of activations spent/total: 1/10

did you deactivate before or after HW change?

Tried (and failed) to deactivate "before" hardware change.
