Autoexec.cfg editing for better MP stability

I need some help about internet speed adjusting in autoexec.cfg.

 

I was looking for info and tips about what works best in DCS 1.5.2 for clients and server but i´m not sure what i need to do. My question is:

 

For client side this is a good adjust?

 

if not net then net = {} end

net.download_speed = 256*1024

net.upload_speed = 256*1024

 

All clients must edit the autoexec.cfg with this 2/2 setting for better stability?

 

 

What happens if some clients has greater speed like 200/20 or 100/10. They must edit the autoexec.cfg with the maximum down and up speed?

 

And for the server side? Maximum speeds both down and up?

In our squad we are experienced issues with disconnections from server and we dont know if its because memory issues or stock low internet speed settings.

 

Recomended settings for clients and 200/20 100/10 hosts?
