Good day.

Please, would you make possible to use aircraft with pre-diluted oil for missions with low OAT (like -10°C)? or at least make possible to choose between summer or winter oil?

And one more question.

I've found the oil diluting is working but I am not sure if there's simulated vaporising fuel from oil system. THX

Did not knew about this. Interesting.

I must say it would be great to have a preflight enviroment on ramp or hangar (or tent in the case of vintage planes) so we can do all pre flight checks, like fuel quantity, oil anf fuel check, fuel water check, tire airpressure, pitot tube defrost and more. This would add a bit in the immersion. Also i would not mind while in mission planer to have a background enviroment semivisible over a screen ona desk and enviroment noises. The load screens could also have various immersive video or simple overview from the tower of the airport we are operating.

I must add i feel bad for asking for anything though. I am here for a short while and the responsiveness and vigilant forum masters have earned my respect.

Question though, how does the bought P51 module compare to the free one?

Have you ever suffered from too high oil viscosity when the oil has warmed up after diluting?

Basically the same plus working weapon systems and centerline fuel tank.

On a sidenote, it's not nice to hijack someones thread like that. ;)

Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two.

Sobek, The oil is diluted to make lower viscosity for starts at cold temperatures. (By the manual: For -10°C it's about 2 minutes of diluting. The engine oil must have temperature bellow 50°C to prevent evaporating of fuel. The engine must be turned on to make oil well mixed.) But after the engine is heated up, the oil pressure keeps under the nominal. So I am not sure if the fuel evaporation is simulated.

Yes i meant too low viscosity, sorry.

At operating temperatures, you don't get nominal pressure at idle RPM.

As long as you're not below minimum pressure at idle, evaporation is working.
