wilsonov Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 after several minutes of game play, the game minimizes !! If I click on the LOmac icon it will come back up, but this is annoying to say the least. It will do this several times in a 10 minute session. ANy suggestions on the cause and solution to this? :thumbup:
zorlac Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 one (or more) other programs on your PC is bringing up a window, taking the focus away from Lomac. Any full scren DirectX game will minimise if it loses focus to another window, even for just a fraction of a second. You may not see the window appear, but its there, and its happenning... believe me! Close any other programs or background applications, one by one, fly for a bit after each close, and see which program it is that causing the problem. I would also HIGHLY recommend a full anti-virus and Anti-Spyware scan, as Viri/Trojans have a habit of opening web pages in the background without your knowledge, and can spawn these "invisible" window that pop up and disappear so quickly that you dont notice them.
RedAssAg05 Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 As stated above, several different programs may cause this...for me, it was the HP printer tool program in the system tray (near the clock, usually a grey computer icon with a little green thingy)
