slundal Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 I get this strange message on my HUD with a lot of numbers directly after take off when I do a cold start. It stays on the HUD during the entire flight as long as I have the system set to "NAV". I have tried several different routines during cold start suggested in this forum and on youtube but this "Error Message" keeps appearing. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong.
Flagrum Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Hrm, that is the distance to the next waypoint ... which is quite a distance in this case - probably farther than the moon or so ... :o) You probably don't have a route defined in the mission editor? Looks a bit like an empty flight plan where no "next waypoint" exists at all (-> bug).
Azrayen Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Had that once (on Nevada too). Flagrum is right about distance to waypoint. Say... how much distance from Nevada to Caucasus?

I have no intentions on flying to the moon. ;) However the way the climb rate of the Mirage currently is I might just give it a shot.
slundal Posted January 10, 2016 Author Posted January 10, 2016 I set the waypoints a now it looks good. Thanks for quick reply!
spiddx Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 probably farther than the moon or so ... :o) Well thanks for sending me on a google and wikipedia hunt. ;) This distance is about 18 Megaparsecs which easily lets yout reach other galaxies. And I'm not talking about the nearest ones. ^_^ And yes I'm bored. Thank you for asking. :) 1 Specs: i9 10900K @ 5.1 GHz, EVGA GTX 1080Ti, MSI Z490 MEG Godlike, 32GB DDR4 @ 3600, Win 10, Samsung S34E790C, Vive, TIR5, 10cm extended Warthog on WarBRD, Crosswinds
