MIG-29s radar question

Cycling through the MIG-29s NAV there is ENR, RTN, LAND and then blank. What is the blank function used for?

Correct. I use that mode often myself assuming I know where I came from, where I'm heading, and visibility is OK. I find this mode's HUD far less distracting...especially during approach and landing.

Thank you, yes I understand what you're referring to about the cleaner HUD, good suggestion.

BTW if this is of any interest to you...enlarging the text for the FPS counter, radio messages and the menu when calling into ATC or flight.
