Could you please, please, re-do or make into a video format the Anti-ship SU33 tutorial called "Getting the job done with the KH-4 "Moskit". I want to try that type of mission as well as see you teach it, that would be very nice.

There is a guide to using the Kh-41 at the bottom of this page

http://www.dpsflight.com/Su33A2G.htm

Set up a shipping target about 200 Km from you in the Mission Editor. Naval vessels will try and shoot down incoming missiles so you will have to get the whole flight to launch their Kh-41s at the same time using the 'complete mission.../engage my target' command.

Good luck.

DPS i tried to set up the ship as the target and the plane mission i made for anti-ship, but, i get no diamond on the ship and cant fire the missle, need help please.

In the mission editor, make sure you have an attack waypoint for your aircraft. Select the attack waypoint, then use the TARGET button and select the ship as a target. This will ensure you get a diamond on your HUD. When you fly the mission, select 7 for ground attack, select your Kh-41 as the weapon, press I to switch on radar, when you see LA (launch authorise) you can fire. Take some dumb bombs too as a single Kh-41 hit isnt enough to sink some of the ships, you'll likely need them to finish off the target.....

Not all anti-ship missiles execute the last minute pop-up to dive onto the target. Some can do both, I believe that in real life the Harpoon can be programmed to pop-up or to fly straight and hit the target at the waterline.

Su-33 in Real life not posibble carry KH-41, so what sense? :smilewink:

Russian 33s don't carry that missile but export versions have this option.
