I cant get DCS to see my vxb t-rudder. I have verified in windows that it is working. Any thoughts?

Im using a Thrustmaster warthog joystick and hotas.

Is there somewhere I can delete all the controls that are currently set as well. I have cleared the category but my throttle is acting as a rudder and I have cleared this over and over. Its almost like throttle and the rudder are seen as the same axis.

I do get aileron movement from the rudder even though thats cleared out as well.

Can you see it in your VKB Device Configuration utility, as shown below:

This indicates that you have problem with axis assignment and not with controller (pedal, throttle).

In the tab Axis (for some plane) clear all assignments, for all controllers, hit OK.

The open Controls again and assign the axis properly and use the Axis Tune to test.

@Shannonb1: And please, let us know if you have solved your problem.

Also, you can test your rudder response with that handy tool.

(you'll have to select the correct device in the drop-down list)

Apparently, people are trying to copy VKB's clever design.

It looks like some cheap version with bike crank arms :megalol:

index.php?app=core&module=attach&section=attach&attach_rel_module=post&attach_id=37422

(the obvious mechanical stress on that thing hurts my eyes)

What about an optional-high-G-proof high-grip upgrade:

That firmware is a beta version.

I'd suggest you make sure your rudder pedals are correctly configured with DCS before attempting any experiment with the beta firmwares and software (there's nothing wrong with the current versions).

[ the beta versions are available via VKB's russian forum - here's a tiny procedure with the links ]

cleared the profiles out of warthog and all my other controllers. Still not seeing it when I tell it to use the active axis so that it auto detects.

Can you see the "VKB Tiny BOX" column in the Controls tab?

Yes, no issue assigning controls with every other button box and controller that I have. WOrks great in all games but this, is even seen in the game itself.
