heinzknocke Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 Hope somebody can help whilst taxing and taking off my sabre makes a very load rumble sound I know its the wheels on the ground noise but is there a way to turn that noise sound down a bit I think its too load. Thanks Heinz
VIKBELL Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 was the engine running and was canopy open? There are 2 categories of fighter pilots: those who have performed, and those who someday will perform, a magnificent defensive break turn toward a bug on the canopy. Robert Shaw
javelina1 Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 Yep, even with the canopy closed, it's a loud rumble. (as you roll down the taxiway). I'm sure once the USAF upgrades to radial over the polyester belted tires, things will quiet down... ;):megalol: MSI MAG Z790 Carbon, i9-13900k, NH-D15 cooler, 64 GB CL40 6000mhz RAM, MSI RTX4090, Yamaha 5.1 A/V Receiver, 4x 2TB Samsung 980 Pro NVMe, 1x 2TB Samsung 870 EVO SSD, Win 11 Pro, TM Warthog, Virpil WarBRD, MFG Crosswinds, 43" Samsung 4K TV, 21.5 Acer VT touchscreen, TrackIR, Varjo Aero, Wheel Stand Pro Super Warthog, Phanteks Enthoo Pro2 Full Tower Case, Seasonic GX-1200 ATX3 PSU, PointCTRL, Buttkicker 2, K-51 Helicopter Collective Control
heinzknocke Posted January 31, 2016 Author Posted January 31, 2016 yes engine running, canopy open or closed but no difference very load rumbling. Heinz
heinzknocke Posted January 31, 2016 Author Posted January 31, 2016 Solved it. It was due to diveplanes sound mods for the ww2 planes found he'd issued a fix to reduce the tyre rumbling noise implemented it and all is good again its called incockpit plane tire rolling sound fix. Works a treat Heinz :)
