Rawx Najjar Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 When starting cold from ramp, ailerons simply do not react to control input at all after I properly start the plane. When hot starting or air starting, they do work. I tested this both in single player and on a random multiplayer server, same issue, only when cold start. This is post 1.5.3. update.
Cobra847 Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Aileron booster logic has changed. Ensure you have switched everything on appropriately to confirm. Manual and training may not be updated yet. Nicholas Dackard Founder & Lead Artist Heatblur Simulations https://www.facebook.com/heatblur/
Rawx Najjar Posted February 18, 2016 Author Posted February 18, 2016 Glad it's not a bug. But how do I know how to turn on everything appropriately if it's not in the manual or training? What exactly is it that I need to do differently? I start the plane up step by step the way I always do as per manual instruction, ailerons do not work however. Other control surfaces do.
BaconSarnie Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Aileron booster switch, just in front of throttle. And lo, Reverend Vegas did say "Take forth unto the infidel the mighty GAU 8 and expend its holy 30MM so that freedom will be brung upon them who knoweth not the joys of BBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTT" "Amen"
Rawx Najjar Posted February 18, 2016 Author Posted February 18, 2016 Well that solves it, thanks! Any idea when it would be the "proper" time to turn this on during the startup sequence?
