Enhanced Light and Realistic Colors - ReShade mod

Hello Dear Pilots!

Here is my little contribution in DCS World, a Reshade mod I made for myself to have a better experience playing this game. So I decided to share it with you, in case someone would like to make the game a bit more lively and colorfull.

 

INSTALATION

Extract all the files from archive in to your DCS World\bin folder.

 

The picture on your PC might differ from what you see on my screenshots, in this case you should manualy tune your display's contrast, brightness etc., unfortunaly its something I can't do for you.

 

To Enable or Disable the mod in game press Scroll Lock

Yes, is just my preset (settings) for ReShade.

Nice! I've been looking for something that would boost the brightness of DCS World without my having to mess with my monitor settings. Very much appreciated!

 

I successfully performed quick tests of this in both versions 2.0.1.49921 and 1.5.3.50487. I like the easy toggle.

 

Next question of course: Is there an expedient way to tweak the settings?

For most people the lighting at 12.00 noon is almost too bright already....your setting are even

brighter.

Will need sunglasses while playing the game.:megalol:

You can tweak any of settings I enabled, just go in Reshade folder and open SweetFX.cfg

My target was to make the lighting more natural as well as the colors.

So if you say that we need sunglasses, then my target is accomplished :D

I just give it a try I know what youR trying to change but in my opinion it didn't work in this tweaks :( It's just makes the colors *Cooler* + everything almost turned to white!! I'm desperately looking for a tweaks can make DCS environment looks close to ARMA3. I mean as a Bloom..etc is there's a way someone can do it? Cheers mate nice done :)

In your case I think the best solution will be to download a default setting and ajust it as you wish, because you know, its a matter of taste, and everyone have they'r own vision...;)
