Where's the ZA Slovak livery?

Where's the ZA Slovak livery that we see on this week's newsletter ? I don't see it in the editor. There's no "Slovak" country in the drop down menu as i suppose it should be there. The textures are there in a coremods subfolder though.

Create a new mission and move Slovakia from neutral to either blue or red.
