Im guessing you based it on the draken Camos used during the 70s/early 80s?

Also a minor note.

The number on the nose should be the Squadron Number (17 in the case of F17)

Would be interesting to see a Grey Fighter scheme aswell (As used on the JA 37)

a classic Viggen Splinter Camo would look amazing (i think it would suit the M2000 pretty well)

But im guessing thats a pretty hard camo scheme to do.

But either way thanks for the Skin =)

Its an interesting mix.

Would love to see some Swedish skins for the F-18 when it comes out as it was one of the International canidates for Viggen replacement (Before the desicion came to go forward with the Swedish Gripen)

Sadly the M-2000 was not on the list for canidates ^^ (Was made out of F-16 F/A 18 and F-20)

Thanks for the feedback, I'll correct this skin to reflect it

Actually I didnt really base this scheme on much other than a vague memory of some delta wing in those colours! I suppose it must have been those Drakens then... And yes there will be a grey livery like that to cover off the Viggen and Gripen, I've just been in the mood for some camo patterns at the moment

The splinter camo wouldn't be too difficult to do, it's just time consuming to line up properly - but the Mirage is very forgiving with that compared to other aircraft so it could definitely be done

And you could also rather easily convert that skin into a Finnish skin.

As the Finnish Drakens used the same camo scheme as the swedish drakens as many of them were second hand aircraft and as such were delivered still with the swedish camo schemes and the finns decided to keep the camo scheme.

And a Finnish skin is more plausible as they looked at the Mirage 2000 (M2000-5 in particular)

when they picked their new Fighter in the 90s to replace the Drakens and Mig-21s.

But the F-18 was selected instead.

So a Finnish M2000 skin would make sense.

Hey LegoHeli, good work i've used this skin a lot.

Would it at all be possible to make a skin like this but with the high visibility blue and yellow roundels such as this picture that MatteBubben linked? Maybe a different squadron etc.

Regardless, keep up all the good M2K skins.

An even later reply: Have you updated the skins yet? I am looking for some authentic Swedish M2k skins as a stand-in for the JA-37...

No sorry I have not. I stopped doing liveries for DCS because it required updating every single file quite often on DCS updates because they break, and I don't have the spare time to deal with this. If you have some Photoshop knowledge and wanna fix them yourself, DM me and I'll send you the original templates quite happily.
