Does mig 21 have a mouse look?

Holding the 3rd mouse button doesnt do anything. Im looking for a command that switches off clickable cockpit and lwts you look with the mouse like you can in the huey module or the ka 50 or in any of the fc3 aircraft (though they dont have clickable cockpits)

As is now im using my china hat to look arnd while flying and its really a gigantic PITA can anyone tell me the name.of the command so i can try binding it please? Cockpit transpose mode doesnt seem to be it??

Works for me, double tapping middle button switches to mouse look mode, holding it is used for moving pilot's head around.

Ok i got it working but i can only do like visual recon mode i cant look back how do i fix this is there another similar but not the same as cockpit transpose? I.e. just mouse look?

Well may be your controls are changed from defaults, if I double click on middle button, it will go into mouse look mode for me.

 

I'd say have a look at control settings. Check under options / controls / MiG-21Bis, there should be a section like View or something such, as far as remember, normally changing between clicking and looking modes set by default to LAlt + C but MiG-21 has some of these combinations different from other modules so it may be something else.

Crap ive looked under every combination in search for view etc only thing that seems close is transpose and that doesnt allow me to look beyond about 45 degrees each way and up and down. It basically is like doing visual recon mode to look at instrument panels not a mouse look.

I got it there are two sets labelled ms look or whatever set your x y fo second set to get mouse look instead of visual recon mode.
