Diablo_rf Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 I don't understand how the campaign progression works in this game. So I bought Flaming cliffs 3, started the campaign, done 1st mission and moved to 2nd, and when I'm done with 2nd it moves me again to 1st mission. So I can't go through 2nd mission. Its like I'm getting the same two missions over and over again. Can someone explain me what is the problem? Maybe I do something wrong with the missions, maybe I don't complete the tasks? But how do I know when the task is complete and the mission is done? Thanks! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] DCS World - The Best Modern Combat Simulator
John C Flett Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Diablo, there are problems with older missions in the current build so, yes, it could be a bug. Some campaigns though are broken into stages, three or four missions that are picked at random until you score sufficiently to move forward. Which specific campaign are you playing?
ED Team NineLine Posted March 19, 2016 ED Team Posted March 19, 2016 Yes in some if you fail you can get sent back as well. Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**

John C Flett Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 I've not played that campaign myself but looking at it it seems to be of the semi-dynamic type so you can move forward and backwards. It also seems to have no player feedback in mission. However Maddog has done an updated version and includes win / loss messages in his fixes. You might want to think about playing it instead. http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1474196/ 1
