I understand that "CB" is Свой. That makes sense. I'm wondering what the "A" represents. Attacking? Ironhand Posted March 22, 2016 Author Posted March 22, 2016 (edited) Now it is clear. But I do not know. )) "Attacking" is a quite possible, I think. Why not? Maybe someone from the developers see the question and answer us? I might make some direct inquiries of them. It wouldn't matter except that I am working on an Su-27 BVR radar tutorial and want to use Russian terminology as much as possible. I am very tired of everything being explained in only Western terms. For instance, ППС and ЗПС, do not actually mean HPRF and MPRF. They refer to a frontal or rear hemisphere aspect respectively. It suggests a different way of thinking about things that I would like to get across to my audience. EDIT: I find it interesting that the real world Su-27SK manual makes no mention of ABC or anything similar in meaning. It only addresses "A"- Ataka. Вид экрана ИЛС в режиме атака в РНП. 11 – Разовые команды: А – атака; Ф – форсаж; Г↑ – горка вверх; Г↓ – горка вниз; ПР – пуск разрешен.
