There seems to be no hardpoint selection cycle command, only direct selection.

MAGIC II SELECT for infrared guided missiles

STORE 2 SELECT for radar guided missiles

 

if you double select the same one twice ( e.g. press magic II select twice ) you will enter gunnery mode.

There is a direct select for AA gun too.
