steele6 Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Hi Guys, is there any tutorials out there for the ILS and the Nav system for the Mirage 2000C? Chuck's guide (AMAZING) doesnt cover it. (the Nav system) my gosh, when I first took off in this thing I couldnt help myself but burst out in joyous celebration. I love this plane (only about an hour flight time with it so far!) :)
Zeus67 Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 The NAV system is not complete that is why there is no tutorial for it. steele6 Posted April 27, 2016 Author Posted April 27, 2016 ok cool. thanks, the plane is amazing, bought it two days ago!
Evilducky Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 Im waiting for one too. Been trying to learn it myself.
Sryan Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 ILS is possible, though. Although you need to set a landing waypoint in the editor for the synthetic runway display to work. Check my F-15C guide
Captain Spears Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 Awesome ILS system in fact. And I am with you, this may be my personal favorite module yet.
Xenovia Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 So, how do i get rid of this? it kinda bugs me when im flying [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
nomdeplume Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 The slashes on the HUD or the sticky-up-bit which I assume houses the HUDcam/guncam? Slashes should go away after the radar is warmed up. I think they disappear in 'P' mode after the warm-up, but putting it to SIL should allow you to not have the slashes but also not have your radar active.
Commandz Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 If referring to the slashes, I've only had it appear on four instances Startup for a few seconds unless, the Emergency Hydraulic Pump Switch isn't set, Canopy Lever is not locked or the FBW Gain Mode Switch is enabled. spiddx Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 Yeah that means that something is wrong. Check your warning light panel to see what's up.
