diditopgun Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Hi ! :) When I am hit by a foe missile, and lose my radar while I am guiding my own S530 to the target, it seems that it is still tracking and I can got a kill. It looks like only my VTB is out but the radar itself is still working and tracking in PIC mod. I observed this while playing a 1vs1 BVR with a friend and also on 104th phoenix server. But I can't confirm it at 100%, so if you can have a look at it... I observed also that Magic are very effective to intercept my S530 in face to face in MP M2000 vs M2000 BVR training, even after 16s of flight time for the S530 (so the rocket is shut down...). diditopgun Posted May 22, 2016 Author Posted May 22, 2016 Hi Zeus ! I find a new things for you. During aerial refueling training I radar locked the tanker to rejoin it. When in pre-contact position I switched radar to silence mode. But in my VTH (HUD) I was still locked to the tanker with the square on it and all lock infos (distance, etc...). So I think the same happen when radar is damage. Only the VTB display change but it still track the target.
