Kayos Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 (edited) Is anyone else having a problem with ALT + TAB'ing out of DCS lately? Seems I haven't been able to ALT + TAB for the last couple months. I used to be able to no problem. Edited May 28, 2016 by Kayos [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Nichts Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 Works for me when I have another program/window on the desktop. When DCS is the only program running, I‘m unable to tab out, too. please note: english isn’t my first language, I‘m still learning. Please feel free to contact me when you think something I wrote is not clear, simply wrong or just should be corrected – thx
Kayos Posted May 28, 2016 Author Posted May 28, 2016 I can see the other windows open and can alt + tab through them but when I select one it doesn't come to the front. DCS always stays in front. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
grunf Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 Press ctrl-alt-del and start Task manager. You'll be able to alt-tab in and out of DCS afterwards.
too-cool Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 IL-2 you just hit the windows key and you can go straight to the desktop. Kayos Posted May 28, 2016 Author Posted May 28, 2016 I figured out my issue. It was being caused my a program called DisplayFusion. If I shut it off it worked fine. I updated DisplayFusion to Version 8.0 Beta 2 and it works fine with DCS now. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Shadowless Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 (edited) I have the similar problem as you but I don't install the DisplayFusion. I don't know what caused this problem. I am still trying to figure it out. Edited May 29, 2016 by Shadowless [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Malefic Rage Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 Do you run in full-screen or windowed mode? Windowed mode makes switching among other windows and programs much cleaner and easier.

Malefic Rage Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 (edited) It sounds like a corruption issue somewhere within Windows. Have you run a system file check? If not, go into the command prompt and type: sfc /scannow Also... Do you use a program called Synergy by any chance? Edited May 30, 2016 by Malefic Rage

But after I fixed that dll, the problem is still there. I don't have the Synergy. Edited May 31, 2016 by Shadowless [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
