Black hole square on the horizon

Hey guys, i have a problem with dcs worls, it looks like some parts of the maps have this wierd black envioremt, any idea whats going on?... if i fly there it's like a black hole all black, the only thing you can see is the white clouds and only the grass. on the 1.2 it was working fine. i do not have the sweetfx

try a fresh saved games folder

 

C:\Users\yourname\Saved Games\DCS rename this folder to keep it as a backup

 

restart dcs and allow it to create a new one, redo your settings and let me know if it made a difference

Update the video driver? Try different settings for Options Systems -> Preload Radius or other video settings. Hope that helps...

edit: add you system spec to the post

 

DXDIAG

1. click on "START"

2. click "run"

3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"

4. check through the tabs and perform all tests

5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

6. attach this text file
