A few days ago, she insistently wanted to fly it (you can't fight with a baby). In that flight, while she was messing with controls, the engine exploded and somehow my daughter managed to invert the heli. Also trying to find a four year old to replicate the issue....not so easy to do without getting added to some government list. Worst case, I'll have my seven year old daughter try to replicate it.
