Snap Views Unusable (no track ir)

At first i want to say that i don't use track ir or any VR set;

 

I can't save the snap views after the last update.

The views get apparently saved while i'm in mission but if i restart the mission or leave the game they snap back (sometimes not to the default position but to some weird angle)

 

I have enabled the user snap view saving, disabled VR... to no avail.

I deleted the DCS folder from my documents to let the game create a new one .. to no avail

I thought it's from my mods ... deleted /uninstalled all of them .. the same outcome..

I uninstalled the game and deleted everything , installed a fresh copy of the 1.5.4 open beta(no mods no nothing ..just the game itself) ... same outcome

 

Another thing, if i thy to change anything from the options menu inside the game and hit the ok button the screen goes black and that's it. all my settings i had to change from the configuration files(i saw this got reported but i thought of pointing it out)

 

I saw that there are more problems with the views and Track IR so my guess it's from the update but i might be wrong.. if any of you guys had this problem please help. :helpsmilie:

I knew about it, added the lines, same outcome from inside the game.(but i can change the settings on the VR it's how i managed to disable it in the first place)

 

The reported thread is talking about snap views problems with track ir, that's why i posted this, i don't use track ir and still have big problems with snap views :)
