GurbY
Since the update to 1.5.4 I cannot choose the Mi-8 in mission editor. In the 2.0 version: no problem at all. I disabled and uninstalled the module, and installed again. However, in ME the Mi-8 is grey, and I cannot select Player.. If I selected the Mi-8 and leave the ME, the system "hangs", won't return to main menu. If I then select a flyable aircraft, I can return to main menu. Furthermore: when I want to exit to desktop: "DCS stopped working". Repair didn't do the job... Edited July 14, 2016 by BIGNEWY TITLE

GurbY
Attached. Found that I can select the greyed-out MI-8 as PLAYER, but when I press the green "V", nothing happens. And I can't return to main menu anymore. Logs.zip

GurbY
Only mods I can think of are Starways texture, Frenchys NVG and RWR mod for A10C. But will do as you suggest and post results. **EDIT** deleting the ME folder and repairing did the job; tnx!! ED Team BIGNEWY Posted July 14, 2016 ED Team Share Posted July 14, 2016 Ok let me know how you get on. GurbY
Ok let me know how you get on. It is always best to remove any mods before doing any update, it will rule out any strangeness Scott, tnx. But I made that a really solid habit: the moment I see the DCS updater, I don't press anything but go to the JSGME editor and remove ALL the mods. Then I press update, and let the game run. If that's ok, I reinstall the mods again. Must have been something weird, also because a normal repair didn't work out but deleting the ME folder and reparing after that was the thing that helped.
