yea you can fly both. and yes only a few training vids have voice over like the A-10 stock training missions, the rest are mainly text. But you can find more voice over trainging over at http://www.flankertraining.com/ironhand/

 

You can download the training tracks in the game in a video format here

That way you don;t have to worry about different version #.

Lets see you have the A-10, F-15, Su-27, Su-33, MiG-29A, Mig-29S, Su-25, and Su-25T. That's 8, i believe u didn't count the 2 different varients of the Mig-29

You can set up a mission in mission editor, just simply add an aircraft and make it into an Mig-29S and set yourself as a pilot. If you are still unfamiliar with the control functions of the mission editors you can find 2 videos about the basics of the menu at http://flankertraining.com/ironhand/flightbasics.htm

There's also the MiG-29G, which totals it to 9.
