Hi,

Since I've installed the last patch 1.5.4.55169.134 "Stable" randomly my TrackIR is unplugged.

This morning during 4 misssion with A-10C and F-5E my TrackIR session was Unplugged.

The only solution that I found was "ALT+TAB" and open the TrackIR's window and my TrackIR was plugged again.

For information I possess the TrackIR v5.0 and TrackClip Pro...

PS: No external lights as sun is the problem because my DCS is into the dark...

ED do you can fix this problem because it's not pleasant...

Thanks in advance, Skull.

Seen this with my X-55 stuff too but i recently switched to Windows 10 so i can't be sure (yet) if it's the OS or DCS.

Hello,

I don't know if I find the problem but this morning I've installed the last version of the Natural Point v5.4.2 and for the moment everything work fine.

This just happened in another game, must be windows 10 in my case. Never happened on windows 7.

It says this whenever the TrackIR stops detecting your clip. Like if you move my head too far and one of the LEDs gets obstructed and it stops tracking, you'll get that message until the TrackIR sees all 3 LEDs again.

Hi,

When I had this problem my clipPro was really perfectly aligned to the camera and my head was not to the left or right position.

But for the moment and after to have installed the last version of TrackIR software everything work fine.

For information my OS is Windows 8.1... Bye Skull.

Hi!

Same problem here. I started having this issue a few days ago. Don't know if it's due to an OS or a DCS update. I'm sure it didn't happen before.

It's quite annoying. I think it has to do with power saving as Coug4r suggests. I'm trying changing that setting now; for me it always happens whenever I stop doing "things with the head tracking" (spend some time in the mission editor not warning the track-clip, stop for a while and go to the bathroom, etc).

Derodo,

After to have download and installed the lastet drivers or software from Natural Point I never meet again this problem.

For me everything work fine now, please try this link: https://naturalpoint.com/trackir/downloads/

Bye, Skull.
