Multiplayer crash everytime at server join

Hey guys, every time I join a MP server, it loads for a bit, then displays the F10 map for a few seconds and then switches to a light blue screen with the "info bar" at the bottom of the screen. Nothing happens until I press any key or click the mouse anywhere, and it shows the little blue windows loading circle instead of the mouse cursor and soon after a window pops up telling me that DCS has stopped working and if I want to wait or close. I can play single player fine, so what is the issue?

 

Please guys, I've finally got decent at the Su-27 and learned all I can from SP, so I thought its about time I get in MP and learn from some real humans.
