Wyatt109 Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 Bug is easily repeatable. Was observed 4-5 times in a row by all in attendance. Often occurs after especially large numbers of rockets hit the ground. Both smoke and regular HE rockets seem to be affected.

ED Team BIGNEWY Posted August 6, 2016 ED Team Posted August 6, 2016 (edited) Thanks I am not seeing the crash in your logs, do you just get kicked? If you have access to the server logs it would be helpful, if not do not worry My guess is it is the same crash I have already reported which looks like this, but if you do see the crash and confirm it is this one that would be great # -------------- 20160805-213601 -------------- # C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at 6CE18396 00:00000000 00000000 00000000 0000:00000000 6CE18396 012FEBC0 0000:00000000 ?setMissile@woMissile@@UEAAXIIAEBVVec3f@osg@@VwsType@@0AEBVcPosition@@HAEBV?$HeapVector@UDynamicParam@Graphics@@@@_N@Z()+146 6CDF7632 012FEC20 0000:00000000 ?setMissile@wRocket@@UEAAXIIAEBVVec3f@osg@@VwsType@@0AEBVcPosition@@HAEBV?$HeapVector@UDynamicParam@Graphics@@@@_N@Z()+62 6CDF78FA 012FECF0 0000:00000000 ?netCreate@wRocket@@SAIAEBUwRocketHotJoin@@@Z()+14A 6CE00155 012FEE00 0000:00000000 ?rearm_all@wStowage@@AEAAXXZ()+41E5 652DEFFD 012FEE50 0000:00000000 ?readHalf@Reader@Mail@@QEAAMXZ()+35D 64E9A5E5 012FEEE0 0000:00000000 64E99999 012FEF30 0000:00000000 64E94B43 012FEF70 0000:00000000 64EA410F 012FEFE0 0000:00000000 186D0025 012FF040 0000:00000000 186BF9C4 012FF070 0000:00000000 186BF914 012FF0A0 0000:00000000 1839D50C 012FF770 0000:00000000 187C4139 012FF7B0 0000:00000000 983B8364 012FF7E0 0000:00000000 BaseThreadInitThunk()+14 9A315E91 012FF830 0000:00000000 RtlUserThreadStart()+21 Edited August 6, 2016 by BIGNEWY Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Wyatt109 Posted August 6, 2016 Author Posted August 6, 2016 Where would I find server logs? You just experience an immediate hard crash. The screen freezes and you're forced to kill the task.
ED Team BIGNEWY Posted August 6, 2016 ED Team Posted August 6, 2016 the person hosting the server would have the server logs. same place as normal logs C:\Users\yourname\Saved Games\DCS Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Maybe your problem is related to this: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=171204 Mission: "To intercept and destroy aircraft and airborne missiles in all weather conditions in order to establish and maintain air superiority in a designated area. To deliver air-to-ground ordnance on time in any weather condition. And to provide tactical reconaissance imagery" - F-14 Tomcat Roll Call [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Wyatt109 Posted August 7, 2016 Author Posted August 7, 2016 thanks we will take a look into it One final note, it looks like this is tied to the smoke rockets exclusively. We don't get any crashes with regular rockets.
