tusler Posted August 22, 2016 Posted August 22, 2016 Hi, I recently (been away from DCS for a while) picked up the F-5E and after flying it around a bit decided to startup the Gazelle and run the Helicopter mission in World 2. Well everything is fine except in the axis config my pitch roll and yaw are all red. the stick works anyway for pitch and roll but my pedals are not working at all in yaw. I have almost all the DCS acft and this is only happening with the gazelle. I unmapped everything and stated from scratch but it still does it. Anyone had this happen? I checked every single control and cannot find whhat is causing the conflict. Thanks for your help I am using the Warthog system. Ask Jesus for Forgiveness before you takeoff :pilotfly:! Pluie Posted August 22, 2016 Posted August 22, 2016 Just clear the axes in red than click on default for each one. If the default is not the one you are using, re-map it. Close DCS and this should be good. It's what I did on my side.
molevitch Posted August 22, 2016 Posted August 22, 2016 I deleted my user/saved game/config/input/sa342 file and started again...,. Drakoz Posted August 23, 2016 Posted August 23, 2016 No need to delete your save games. Just do as Pluie said. Opening the axis config menu, clearing the settings in the red areas (not sure if this is absolutely required), and then most important, closing and restarting DCS is what gets rid of the red lines.

Cibit Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 C:\Users\Cib\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\SA342\joystick go there and delete the offending LUA file. Mine has entry for TM Throttle, TM Joystick, Saitek pedals and X52 In my case it was the pedals causing the issue. I deleted the pedals LUA and when starting up the game it gets re written without red zones.
