Cockpit - Clean Glass Mod

While I was fiddling with the External Cockpit Glass problem I decided to clean up the Internal Canopy Glass while I'm at it cause I had some people ask for this kind of thing.

 

I reduced the dirt and overall tint of the glass and made it look more clearer while still maintaining some low levels of glass dirt etc ...

Also removed the scrach marks from various different gagues and such (RWR etc ...)
