Can we activate the base near Kobuleti?

There is that small unused base which has only two strips crossing each other to form an X. It has no name or existence exactly, but in the new Caucasus map, can we activate it, maybe give it a name and turn it into a small forward operating base of some sort.

 

Maybe we can give it some very small tents, barracks, nothing much of a tower, and maybe very few aircraft parking areas for planes and helis. We can use this base mainly for soldiers and helicopter ops, also maybe for insurgents etc?

It has no name or existence exactly

This actually was Kobuleti Airport. It got closed down. The airport that is now Kobuleti airport on our map is most likely called Meria Airport (other sources call it Ozurgeti Airbase).

 

That said, I may opt for activating it within a specific timeframe, but this would open up a whole other world: changing map specifics based on mission time.

Other than that I wouldn't make it active again, because it actually is closed.

 

If you want to use it as a FOB: this is a great idea! You would only have to build the FOB in the mission editor.
