I found this in an old file cabinet at home, got the magazine it as a present when I was 12 while recovering from appendix operation

 

thought I'd share it here before it degrades any further

 

it's the center pull out pages from Aviation News Magazine from October 1976

the had a whole write up about the Tomcat that month iirc

 

I'm going to see if i can get them scanned at a better resolution

camera isn't the best :D

yes it a Tornado, also rest of the page is bout various airshows & planes spotted on visits to the UK during the year 1976 (shame I don't have the full magazine anymore)

it most definitely is. you can also make out "mrca" in the caption.
