  1. No issues here, are you sure you have all the weapon switches on - master arm, pylon arm selector & pylon power switch, and the sight glass in the down position?
  2. Nice work guys, adds some eye candy variety to a mission Do you have any plans in the future to wire this and the Apache up with the Demo EFM used by the AH-6J mod, would be nice to not have to install them over the Ka-50, so as to have all three aircraft in the one a mission
  3. you can edit the entry.lua in each mod remove or comment out the Binaries line and change the Make_flyable line to nil see screen shots this will make the flyable but will limit them to the SU-25 FM & HUD symbology anything that uses the F15 pit won't have radar or RWR either
  4. easy way, use the cleanup command it'll move all the non main install files & folders to DCS World OpenBeta\_backup.000 then copy the backup to you saved game livery folders
  5. There's no AI gunner option in the Gaz, it's purely player / multiplayer controlled in sp bring it to a hover and jump to the back seat by pressing 3, or you can fly it from the backseat and try target the gun on the move It may might get reworked or looked at after they release the Kiowa
  6. @FoxhoundELite don't think it's an option, but you could try to add the default SU-25 commands for it if you take the commands from the SU-25 and past them into the keyboard input lua it may work open in notepadd++ \Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\aircraft\RAFALE M_AIR_SOL 2.5.5 BETA 2\Input\Rafale_A_S\keyboard.lua and paste the following into line 91 to 93 {combos = {{key = 'Space', reformers = {'LCtrl'}}}, down = iCommandChangeRippleQuantity, name = _('Ripple Quantity Select/SPPU select'), category = _('Weapons')}, {combos = {{key = 'V'}}, down = iCommandChangeRippleInterval, name = _('Ripple Interval Increase'), category = _('Weapons')}, {combos = {{key = 'V', reformers = {'LShift'}}}, down = iCommandChangeRippleIntervalDown, name = _('Ripple Interval Decrease'), category = _('Weapons')}, so v = Ripple increase LShift V = Ripple Decrease LCtrl & Space = Ripple Qty

  8. @jef32 you don't ever deactivate or activate any mods in the module manager, in essence what you've done is deactivated the .dll's for FC3 check your FC3 aircraft see if you can fly any / all of them, if not you'll have to reactivate it then copy the bin folder from your FC3 to the F-1 mod, if you want to remove the F-1 mod you either delete the F-1 mod folder or move it to another location /drive for later use away from \saved games\dcs\mods\aircraft

I remember it used to be done by editing the C-130's or C-17's lua change the crew number to 10 or more, then in ME set a trigger zone once the plane enter's that zone have its health drop to less than 10 or 5% all the crew except the pilot will jump out, the plane fly's off home, or have a second trigger to return it to 100% health, and rinse and repeat with a string of triggers, not sure it still works though?

As a few above have said you need to be within a -/+3 degree cone off the nose to get a shoot queue icon on the Screen like below (two squares touching tips), easiest way is to set auto hover and auto slave so the helo slews to whatever the camera points to, also remember to be within 4km of the target as that the max range of the cable connected to the HOT missile if you want to go for slightly more realism (or if you have a friendly Commander on board auto slew doesn't work iirc??) you turn the dial on knob in below screen shot to select VIV (Viviane) and a yellow flight director line will appear on the ADI, steer the helo to centre the line in the ADI and that is where the Viviane is looking within a degree or two and should produce the 2 square shot queue on the video screen you can also use said knob to set a flight director line on the ADI for a set waypoint on the Navaid or a set frequency on the ADF radio to help navigate to either
  12. it's very bugged, has been for a long time now, hopefully ED multiplayer api for helo's can fix it in the mean time a very hit and miss partial solution to possibly cease the disparity between pilot & commander, 1. The pilot jumps in and gets the helo started, 2. The Commander joins once the Gaz is fully spun up, now all the nav and radios should work for both, 3. Do not while in the commander seat change any views once in the pit stay in the pit don't use F10, F2, f3 etc.. as things start to fall apart fairly quickly as soon as you start switching around, like the blades will dysnc and eventually stop spinning for onee or other player and the switches stop working etc.. etc... again it's jenky af and you could have a flight of up to 20 minutes or more without issue or it'll last a minute or 3 and everything all goes out the unopenable window :S ymmv
