Question on the new NTTR update coming soon

I was wondering if the bridges found on the NTTR map will get some love and include some support pillars like they would in real life? In the current version of NTTR, they don't, which looks rather unconvincing, esp. considering that our good old Caucasus map as bridges that have columns.

 

Also, while on the subject of bridges, will the upcoming version of NTTR address the issue that vehicles going over bridges casts shadows not onto the bridge, but below them?

I'd write off such bugs and shortcomings as Alpha-related, and post (or first look for) them in the 2.0 bug forum =)
