Very sensitive controls with wheels down

I'm not sure if this is a big or not, but I notice (well notice, this actually caused me to nearly crash on take off and my friend actually did biff it) thqt the controls are very very sensitive when the wheels are down. I opened up the controls viewer and my direct input bug was moving normally but the fly by wire bug was allllll over the place. But when I put the wheels up everything was fine.

Good question to ask the Devs in this case.. but fact check wise, if you didn't know, it is true that a lot of more modern aircraft have been built and programmed to assume different flight characteristics programmed into them to implement automatically when put into landing/takeoff mode versus flight/attack modes (unless deliberately overridden by the pilot).
