I loved that video Force, a bit of sensationalism...but what the hell, ALL weapon promotion vids are like that, including those from my own country. ;) It still had some great, live-fire footage in it. I almost had a pic of me in front of a ZSU-57-2 in St. Petersburg...but I got visions of Jane in my head, so I stopped before the picture was taken. It was a bit much for me to have my picture taken in front of a AAA weapon, but I still enjoyed my visit to that museum and learned a great deal about the cold war, as seen from the "other" side. :D
Force_Feedback Posted September 30, 2006 Author Posted September 30, 2006 I never said the video was not propaganda on how well the shilka system stood over those years (Ukraine retired all Shilka and zsu-23-2 4 months ago). But with a better Shilka in game, just by changing some settings, so the things will track faster than they do now. And we could have Georgian Shilka's making the Ka-50's life a lot worse. It can be programed to release them one by one or in pairs :D Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.
