Hi !

Screens taken at same time, the missile* position is on opposite side of the Su-27 between client and host:

Server:

(*The missile (Matra S530) is no longer guided, lock has been lost few seconds before.)

That could explain some strange missiles behavior I have observed for some times....

Major MP issue if confirmed.

This is well known. The missile on the launcher's PC is the 'real deal', everyone else simulates the same missile for display purposes after receiving the 'missile launched' event. This is by design to help with network traffic, and sometimes it results in what you have witnessed.

I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda

I understand that the client doesn't see the same missile than the host ?

So the client can begin avoidance maneuver with a missile which is not at the "good" position ?

This desync is problematic from missile evasion standpoint as you can't reliably tell if the missile is spoofed or not. Sometimes you think the missile is spoofed but it still miraculously hits you and sometimes you think you are dead for sure but it just collides with you harmlessly.
