Devrim Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 FreeTrack has started to be jerky in DCS a few updates ago. Finally because of the headtracker.dll issue, it didn't work. In that time, I gave a chance to OpenTrack. It works directly with DCS. No any dll or something. Now, I'm sorry for the times that was wasted with FreeTrack. Just saying... Thunderjet Posted October 25, 2016 Author Posted October 25, 2016 (edited) so why does it work on open beta? Edited October 26, 2016 by Thunderjet
Thunderjet Posted October 26, 2016 Author Posted October 26, 2016 May be becase there is two installation? (DCS abd DCS Open Beta)
mkiii Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 On a side note: I use freeTrack, and it is a bit prone to disconnecting, but I suspect that it is something more fundamental than a head tracker problem, because when it happens and I am flying the Spit, both Magnetos turn off at the same time (I have them assigned to switches on my Warthog Throttle). Could this be Windows messing with my USB ports? I Tried OpenTrack, which works OK, but has a really annoying bug. Every now and then I have to turn on or off Axis reversal on X and Pitch.
