ACMI files

After the last patch acmi files are no longer being recorded, before, every flight would result in an acmi file being saved in my mydocuments/tacview folder, now nothing.

There is a beta update for users of the paid version and a new export .lua for manual install for users of the free version (until the release version is updated).
